An event to allow precinct committee members and party workers to meet will be held this month.
The GOP Lincoln Day Luncheon is April 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The luncheon will be held at Bogey's Steakhouse/Rozella Ford Golf Course, Warsaw, and is open to the public.
Congressman Mark Souder will be this year's featured speaker.
"Holding this event is the best way to meet candidates for city elections, as well as an opportunity for precinct committee members and party workers to meet," said Aaron Rovenstine, chairman for the GOP party.
Rovenstine said about 120 people attended last year's event.
He said those interested in attending should try to purchase tickets by Friday because seating is limited.
Tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased by calling Steve Foster at 574-269-2954.
