Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Terrain Health and Wellness, 2975 S. Southwood Drive, Warsaw, celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting Tuesday with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce.
Owner Shelley Dobbins said Terrain Health and Wellness is a holistic business where Dobbins offers holistic wellness consultations and cupping therapy. She said cupping therapy is when you have a vacuum or silicone cup placed on the skin and the cup lifts the skin up and creates a road for any inflammation or stagnate blood to go through.
Dobbins said she’s always been interested in holistic wellness and health. She started going to Trinity Natural Health in 2023 and received a natural health practitioner certification from Trinity. Terrain Health and Wellness has been in operations for about a month.
Dobbins said for services, people come to her place of operation and services are by appointment. Contact Dobbins by phone at 574-377-0540 or through terrainhealthandwellness.com. Prices for services are on the website.
She is looking to bring wellness to the community in any way she can, noting not everyone carries insurance so some people are looking for more natural ways to take care of themselves.
She plans on serving predominately Kosciusko County and can set up Zoom calls if anyone needs to do services online.
