A preliminary plea of not guilty to a charge of reckless homicide was entered by Dexter Anglin last week.
Anglin, 18, is the teenage driver of the car that crashed on CR 100N, east of Warsaw, May 26, killing Tara Likens and injuring four others.
Adult charges against Anglin originally were filed in Kosciusko Superior Court 3, but have since been moved to Superior Court 1.
Additional juvenile charges are currently pending against Anglin for the accident and for two other drug/alcohol-related incidents occurring in June.
