SILVER LAKE – Splendor Boats announced that it has acquired another boating company and is opening a Warsaw location. The Silver Lake business, 9526 Ind. 15, has acquired H&H Marine at 606 S. Jefferson St. The new Warsaw spot, under renovation now at 650 E. Winona Ave., will be a full service marina with a full parts and service department, new and used boat sales and water sports equipment and accessories.
