A special meeting of the shareholders of Lakeland Golfers Association is scheduled for Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Rozella Ford Clubhouse, 1700 Rozella Road, Warsaw. Discussion will be held on the possible dissolution of the corporation, ending its business, disposing of any remaining assests and ratifying the sale of all corporate assets to Rozella Ford LLC. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and attendees will need to register for the meeting. In addition to discussion, stockholders that are present at the meeting may vote on any other matters that may arise.
