SILVER LAKE – An alleged meth dealer got busted by police after he unknowingly sold an ounce of the drug in a sting operation.
Cory Krider, 26, of 6560 W. McClure Drive, Silver Lake, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 1:51 a.m. Wednesday on two Level 2 felony counts of dealing methamphetamine and one Level 3 felony count of possession of methamphetamine.
Those charges come after a lengthy investigation by NET 43 officers who executed a controlled purchase of 1 ounce of methamphetamine in Silver Lake on Tuesday, according to a news release from Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office. Krider’s bond is listed at $25,000 surety plus $100,000 cash.
