Signal To Be Activated At Ind. 15, CR 300N

Posted
Indiana Department of Transportation announced Wednesday that the signal on Ind. 15 at CR 300N in Warsaw will be activated today.
The signal includes red, amber and green lights for motorists on Ind. 15 and CR 300N.
Motorists turning left from northbound Ind. 15 onto CR 300N will have a protected left-turn arrow, followed by a green ball that allows “permissive” left turns, after yielding the right of way to oncoming traffic.
The signal has been activated due to increased traffic from the expansion of the commercial center on the northwest corner of this intersection. The signal was installed by the commercial center’s developer under agreement with INDOT.
The timing for the new signal will be coordinated as a progressive signal system with the signals on Ind. 15 to the north and the south of CR 300N.
Motorists should be aware of the traffic change and drive with caution at this intersection.
INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.
