SYRACUSE - Syracuse Town Council at-large member Larry Siegel announced he will seek another term.
In a brief announcement, he said, “I am currently serving my 24th year on the Syracuse Town Council and am the only member remaining with the historic knowledge required to understand the why’s and how’s of the way things have been and are being done. Hopefully, I can help prevent the town from repeating the same mistakes just to find out they are still mistakes.”
In the meantime, Siegel said, he would like to mentor the newer council members while encouraging younger citizens to realize that running for town council is a way that they can impact and change this part of their world.
“I appreciate all the voters that have elected me in the past and hope that I have earned your continued support,” he stated.
