Police are seeking the driver of a silver Honda Civic who fired a shot Sunday night near the Lake Street Pizza King. A report of criminal recklessness was reported to Warsaw Police Department at 9:52 p.m. Sunday, according to Kip Shuter, WPD public information officer. Four males were standing outside a residence at 1821 Sue Ave., Warsaw, when a silver Honda Civic drove up to the residence with a man and woman in the vehicle. Shuter said a gun was displayed from the vehicle, the four men at the residence yelled at the vehicle’s occupants and the vehicle left. The four men chased the vehicle, following it to the Lake Street Pizza King. The driver of the Honda tried to turn around and exit back to Lake Street. The four males then saw the driver of the Honda extend his arm out the window and fire one shot. The driver continued westbound on Lake Street, and the four men returned to the Sue Avenue residence and called WPD authorities to report a shot had been fired. WPD responded to the Sue Avenue residence after receiving a report of the shot fired, but did not locate the Silver Honda Civic or its occupants.
