Staff Report-
The Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese of Catholic Schools has an award called the ‘Light of Learning Award.’ It is to honor one teacher from each school per year for every school in the Diocese of Catholic Schools. The selected teacher must have taught at a diocesan school for at least two years, follow the example of Christ, motivate students, be involved in extracurricular events within the school, be knowledgeable of the subjects he/she teaches and able to relate to students. Parishioners, parents, staff and the entire student body were present for the honor and celebration. Pictured are: Father Phil DeVolder, pastor; Patricia Faroh and James L. Faroh Sr., Principal.
