Kosciusko County Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine honored the many years of service of former 911 Communication Center Director David Rosenberry at Tuesday morning’s Kosciusko County Commissioners meeting.
Rosenberry received a laser-engraved plague during the meeting commemorating the 21 years of service he provided to the citizens of Warsaw and Kosciusko County. He thanks the sheriff and commissioners for the honor.
He is leaving the dispatch center to enter the private sector.
Rosenberry began his career in 1994 as a dispatcher for the Warsaw Police Department. As the various dispatch centers throughout the county were consolidated into one central location toward the end of the 1990s, Rosenberry became an employee with Kosciusko County. He was later promoted to the assistant director, and eventually the director of the 911 Communications Center.
