Timmons was charged with possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a housing complex, a Class C felony.
Chris Kehler, temporary Kosciusko County Circuit Court judge, entered pleas of not guilty for Shepherd, Stanley and Timmons. Additionally, Kehler granted their requests for a court-appointed attorney.
Shepherd is next due in court Sept 24 at 8:30 a.m. for a status conference and Nov. 5 at 8:30 a.m. for a pre-trial conference.
Stanley and Timmons were both ordered to be in court Oct. 15 at 1:30 p.m. for a status conference and Nov. 15 at 9:30 a.m.
Shepherd was arrested in May, along with Timothy Wayne Hackworth, 23, and Andrew Scott Asbury, 19, both of North Manchester, resulting from an early morning April 19 robbery of the McClure gas station in Silver Lake. Additionally, Harrison allegedly took part in auto thefts in North Manchester the previous night.
Stanley and Timmons were arrested over the weekend at the Economy Inn. Warsaw Police Department was called to the Economy Inn with information that there was a meth lab in one of the rooms. When officers found the room they found Stanley and Timmons with a meth lab and multiple prescription pills.
Shepherd is currently in the Kosciusko County Jail on $5,000 bond and Stanley and Timmons are currently being held on $50,000 bond at KCJ.
