Warsaw Redevelopment Commission approved the city purchasing the Heartline Pregnancy Center property Monday.
The commission approved a $78,000 contract between Heartline Pregnancy Center and the city to purchase the center's property at 339 N. Buffalo St.The city will use the property for a parking lot, according to City Planner Jeremy Skinner.
Heartline Pregnancy Center moved to Provident Drive earlier this year, Skinner said.
The commission at its Sept. 8 meeting approved two appraisals for the property.
Commission members are Ron Yeiter, Richard Snodgrass, Charlie Smith, Tammy Rockey, Savina Kralis and Trish Brown.
The commission will meet again at noon Nov. 2 at city hall.
