Readers' Contest Offers Colts Tickets, Florida Vacation, More

How would you like the chance to win four tickets to the Colts vs. Cowboys game Dec. 5? Or a getaway trip to St. Petersburg, Fla.? Or other great prizes?
Well, you can by participating in the "News Readers Are Winners" contest sponsored by the Hoosier State Press Association and the Times-Union.
As a newspaper reader - either print, online, or both - you're already a winner by keeping up with our fast-changing world.
And you could win again by taking our fun quiz about Indiana and famous Hoosiers with a chance to win these great prizes.
The contest runs from Oct. 3 to midnight Nov. 6. To play, simply go to the contest website - www.newsreadersarewinners.com - and follow the directions.
There will be five questions in all, one question per week over the five weeks of the contest. You may enter as many weeks as you would like. One entry per week per contestant will be counted.
Successfully answering a week's question gives a contestant one chance to win a prize. Entering a correct entry each week for two weeks would gain a contestant two chances to win.
Correctly answering all five weekly questions would result in a contestant having five chances to be a prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
Contestants are eligible to win only one prize in the contest. Only one set of prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the contest.
Contest ends at midnight Nov. 6. Winners will be chosen randomly from among correct entries and will be announced the week of Nov. 14.
No purchase is necessary to participate. Contest open to individuals 18 years of age and older.
