Personal Injury Accidents n 10:26 a.m. Saturday – West U.S. 30, 200 feet west of North CR 500W, Warsaw. Vehicle left roadway and slid into median. Driver: Camera L. Hyde, 24, South Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Injuries: Hyde complained of chest pain; passenger William J. Carol Fields, age, South Ind. 15, Silver Lake, complained of head pain; and passenger Shelbie Hyde, 1, South Graceland Avenue, Claypool, complained of whole body pain.
