A Warsaw man is facing a murder charge after police unearthed the body of a 2-year-old in a neighborhood on the west side of Warsaw.
Christopher A. Grimmett, 29, Warsaw, was preliminarily charged with murder this morning, according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
Police began investigating a custody complaint Thursday night near Chapman Lake and the body was found hours later at the home of Grimmett's brother at 1835 Sue Avenue, police said.
