Staff Report-
Warsaw Police Department and emergency crews responded to an accident at the intersection of Ross Avenue and Park Avenue Sunday shortly after 5 p.m. The driver, Domingo Gonzales, 33, Wexford Place, Warsaw, stated he had been drinking at a local restaurant. Gonzales tested .27% on a portable breath test but refused consent to a chemical test. Gonzales was bleeding from his nose and mouth and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
