Old Train Depot Up For Sale, The Mix To Remain Open

The Mix, located at the Old Train Depot of Washington Street in Warsaw, will remain open despite the building going up for sale.
The historical landmark, built in 1893, is up for sale by the owners of Ruby.
Owner Jennifer Mink said her and co-owner Julie Hall have owned the building since 2000.
It is currently home to The Mix. That store will remain open while its for sale then move to one of Ruby's locations.
Mink and Hall own Ruby, 112 W. Market St. in Warsaw and Just For Kids, 122 S. Buffalo St.
The Old Train Depot site is listed at $199,000 and includes the property from Lake to Washington streets. The building includes a 2.5 car garage and a newly renovated 1,500-square apartment.
