SYRACUSE – A North Webster man was charged Wednesday for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old minor. Jason Arnett, 23, of 6482 N. 2nd Trail, North Webster, was arrested by the Syracuse Police Department after they received information of a relationship between him and a 15 year old, according to a release from the department. After investigating the allegation, Syracuse police and the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office determined Arnett had been involved with the minor on multiple occasions during October. He was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor – victim between ages 14 and 16 and defendant over 21 – and booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 7:43 p.m. Wednesday on a $6,000 bond.
