Certified technicians and autopsy results both have concluded that area teen Aurora Shoemaker, who went missing in August 2012, died from self-inflicted injuries with no foul play suspected. Shoemaker’s remains were found in a wooded area Sept. 29 near the intersection of CRs 175E and 350N, north of Warsaw, after young people playing in the area happened upon them. She had been missing since Aug. 16, 2012. Shoemaker was 18 years old at the time of her death.
