Motorcyclists are needed for a fundraiser Saturday for The Big Ride For Kids Sake.
The 100-mile motorcycle ride is being sponsored by Lake City Bank and benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The organization is a mentorship program that matches youth with adults who serve as mentors.
Registration for the motorcycle ride is from 8 to 8:45 a.m. at Brandt’s Harley-Davidson, 1400 N. Cass St., Wabash.
The escorted ride leaves at 9 a.m. and will go through Wabash, Rochester, Warsaw, Pierceton and back to Wabash.
The riders will stop at The Bowling Alley, 1535 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, at 10:15 a.m.
The cost is $20 for a single rider, and $25 for a driver and passenger.
The ride will return to Brandt’s Harley-Davidson where a hog roast and a raffle with door prizes is planned.
Raffle prizes are a 22- inch Westinghouse flat screen television and a freezer of frozen pig meat.
There are currently 104 active Big Brother Big Sister matches in Kosciusko County, and 35 matches on a waiting list, according to Lindsey Best, Big Brothers Big Sisters community development coordinator.
