Gerardo Montes-Bernal, 22, Warsaw, was westbound on CR 200S this morning when he stopped and then pulled out into the path of a northbound vehicle driven by Pamela S. Mort, 50, Warsaw.
Bernal was driving a 2002 Chevy S-10 pickup truck and Mort was driving a 2006 Toyota Camry. Both drivers and passengers were injured in the accident.
In Bernal’s vehicle was Luis A. Romero, 21, Warsaw, and in Mort’s vehicle was Michael D. Mort, 51, Warsaw. All injuries were minor.
Michael Mort was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital, and both Bernal and Romero refused medical assistance at the scene.
