MILFORD - A Milford man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly fired a gun in the air.
Michael C. Vanlaningham, 24, of Dove Street, Milford, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday for criminal recklessness. His bond was set at $2,000.
According to a press release from Milford Town Marshal Rich Miotto, Vanlaningham was arrested after firing a single round from a handgun into the air. No one was injured in the incident.
Police received a call about a man with a gun, and when Miotto and Milford Deputy Travis Marsh responded, they took Vanlaningham into custody peacefully.
