Mason Health Care and Rehabilitation remembered former residents who have passed away this year by releasing balloons Wednesday afternoon in their memory. Pastor Dennis Bollenbacher, Mason Health Care chaplain, lead a memorial service to honor those who have died. Following the memorial service, there were 30 residents and 10 staff who released the balloons. This week is National Nursing Home Week and each day the nursing home has different themes to celebrate the week. Wednesday’s theme was ‘Celebrating Our Memories.’
