The man accused of firing round after round of bullets at officers May 13, recently notified the court he intends to plead insanity.
Robert Louden, 41, of 9821 E. Rockabye Lane, Cromwell, allegedly fired up to 70 rounds at Kosciusko County sheriff's deputies and Syracuse police officers when police visited his residence regarding a domestic disturbance.
