A Syracuse man has been arrested in relation to the deaths of Kaleb Lampkin and Korbin Foster on May 30. Jared Thomas Frantz, 28, of 1400 N. Haiden Drive, Syracuse, was arrested Tuesday at 2:46 p.m. by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force for dealing a schedule I, II or III controlled substance, according to a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department release. Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine stated that information leading to the arrests of Frantz and two juvenile males in June was uncovered during investigation of the drownings of Lampkin and Foster during a birthday party at Lampkin’s home. The two 17-year-olds were found dead in a small pond sometime after ingesting acid, according to another juvenile at the party. Frantz is being held in Kosciusko County Jail on a $15,250 bond.
