A Mentone man was arrested Thursday night and booked on two warrants charging maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony.
Bobby D. Hurley, 54, of 106 Broadway St., was taken into custody by the Kosciusko Special Operations Team after a two-month investigation into unauthorized dealings by a non-permittee and sales of alcohol without a permit.
Hurley's arrest occurred after operatives from the Special Operations Team reportedly made two separate purchases of alcohol from Hurley at his residence.
Assisting with the investigation were the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, the Mentone and North Manchester police departments, and the Indiana State Excise Police.
