The Magical Meadows will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its new riding and activity center Friday.
The groundbreaking will be at 4 p.m.
The Meadows is at 3386 E. 525N, Warsaw.
The new facility will be a 70- by 120-foot building with space for riding, a library and activity room for children with special needs. It was made possible by a $150,000 anonymous donation.
Tammy Stackhouse, Meadows founder, said it’s hard on the kids who go for therapeutic horseback riding when they have to miss a session because of bad weather.
She said she expects the building to be finished by Christmas, weather permitting.
