LEESBURG – A Leesburg man was arrested this morning on a sexual misconduct with a minor charge, a level 5 felony. According to an probable cause affidavit, on Nov. 24 an officer spoke with the victim’s father, who advised that Theo Timmerman II, 20, of 5219 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, was having sexual intercourse with his 15-year-old daughter. The officer also spoke with the female, and she said the intercourse happened on multiple occasions starting in August. Timmerman said he believed the girl was 16 years old, but once he learned she was only 15, intercourse occurred two more times at his residence, according to the affidavit. Timmerman was arrested Wednesday night and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a $4,000 bond.
