NORTH WEBSTER – The Board of Trustees of the Lakeland Regional Sewer District will hold special meetings for the purpose of publically opening bids Thursday (opening Contract A bids); Dec. 16 (opening Contract B bids); and Dec. 18 (opening Contract C and wastewater treatment plant bids), each beginning at 6 p.m. The special meetings will be held at the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main St.
