Tickets are still available for Saturday's fall tea and style show sponsored by the Lakeland Art Association.
The association will hold its third annual Fall Tea and Style Show Saturday at Warsaw Community Church from 1 to 3 p.m.
There were more than 150 people who attended last year's event and 100 people have purchased tickets so far for this year's event, according to Melodie Koher, president of the board of directors for the Lakeland Art Association.
"This event is important because it will help promote the visual arts within Kosciusko County," Koher said.
Proceeds from the event will go toward funding the association's exhibits and visual art education programs.
The association grants scholarships to students studying the visual arts and provides a free program once a month where area artists teach those who attend about their art work.
The association was founded in 1957 by Fred Olds, a local artist and art educator who taught in the Warsaw school system.
The event will begin with Rick Lovelady, of Warsaw, providing entertainment by playing a classical guitar at 12:30 p.m.
Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. and include sandwiches, soups and salads as well as hot and cold tea.
A fall style show will be at 1:30 p.m. with local children and adults modeling fall clothing from Elder Beerman, JC Penney and Shop Around the Corner.
After the style show, artwork created by the association's artists will be raffled. The art association's jewelry artists also will sell jewelry during the event.
People who wish to attend the event may purchase tickets at the Lakeland Art Gallery, 116 S. Buffalo St. until Friday at 4:30 p.m. The gallery is open from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person.
