Kosciusko County NET 43 Arrests Man On Warrant For Drug & Other Charges

Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43) conducted a drug investigation that culminated in an arrest during the early morning hours of Wednesday Sept. 2.
NET 43, Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, Indiana State Police, Warsaw Police Department, Nappanee Police Department and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant on Javier Juarez, 26, for the following criminal offenses:
• Count I: Dealing in cocaine more than 10 grams, a level 2 felony
• Count II: Dealing in cocaine with enhancing circumstances, level 3 felony
• Count III: Possession of cocaine with enhancing circumstances, level 3 felony
• Count IV: Possession of cocaine with enhancing circumstances, level 4 felony
Bond was set at $75,000 surety and $500 cash.
During the investigation, according to the provided news release, officers seized 155.98 grams (5.5 ounces) of cocaine and a large amount of U.S. currency.
Juarez was charged with additional drug-related offenses as a result of his arrest. Those charges include:
• Count I: Dealing in cocaine more than 10 grams, level 2 felony
Count II: Possession of cocaine more than 28 grams, level 3 felony
• Count III: Maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony
Bond has not been set on those charges, the release states.
