Kosciusko Circuit Court Judge Rex Reed on Thursday approved the request to postpone the trial of Jason Fisher.
Fisher, 23, of Millersburg, was scheduled to go on trial on a charge of murder next week. However, the trial now is set to begin Dec. 10, with an anticipated eight to 10 days needed for the case. The request to delay the trial came from Fisher's court-appointed attorney, Mike Miner of Warsaw.
Fisher is accused of the January shooting death of Kathy Vroman, 48, of Milford.
