Warsaw Police Department detectives have completed an investigation that involved sexual activity by a husband ad wife with a 15-year-old relative. Charges of criminal deviate conduct and sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class B felony have been filed against Andrew G. Baldridge, 44, of Warsaw for an incident that occurred in late April or early May, 2011 of a forced sex act on a 15-year-old male. At the time of the incident the Baldridges lived on the north side of Warsaw. Additionally, Baldridge has been charged with sexual battery, for improper sexual touching of an 18-year-old male during the same time. Due to an extensive criminal history, possible habitual criminal filings have been recommended and are being considered against Andrew Baldridge. Charges have also been filed against Autum M. Baldridge, 29, of Milford for sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class B felony, for engaging in sexual acts on multiple occasions with the same 15-year-old male relative from January through July, 2011. As of this morning, Autum Baldridge had not yet been booked into county jail. Both have since turned themselves in and have been released on $20,000 bond and await court hearings.
