LEESBURG – Hoplore Brewing has moved to Lake Tippecanoe and opened HopLore's Tiki and Taps, bringing together its beloved brewery and restaurant concepts under one roof.
The establishment marks a new chapter for Hoplore Brewing as the team unites its operations in a single location, according to a provided news release.
HopLore's Tiki and Taps is located at 70 EMS T16 Lane, Leesburg, on the south side of Lake Tippecanoe. This site previously housed Pie Eyed Petey's and offers a unique and vibrant setting for locals and visitors alike, the release states.
HopLore's Tiki and Taps is an all-ages destination featuring a tiki bar, a spacious patio and a full indoor restaurant. Guests find a dedicated carryout area, a comprehensive food menu and a full bar that highlights Hoplore’s signature brews, crafted cocktails, domestics and spirits.
In addition, HopLore's Tiki and Taps presents a plated brunch menu, featuring signature tacos, sandwiches and special features each month. The chef brings decades of experience from a fine dining background and leverages a more robust kitchen to bring creative culinary visions to life, the release states.
"We are thrilled to be open in this beautiful new space and to welcome our community here at Lake Tippecanoe. It's been eight years since there has been public dining on the lake. As a resident of the lake I'm am as excited as I can be to return dining to the lakeside." says Stefan King, co-owner of Hoplore Brewing.
