Heartline Pregnancy Center Inc. invites the community to sign up for the organization’s annual “Walk for Life” Saturday.
The walk is at the Beyer Family Farm Trail next to the Health Services Pavilion. Participants can register online at www.heartlinepregnancycenter.org
The “Walk for Life” will benefit the local pregnancy center.
Registration for the event is free. All participants will receive a complimentary event T-shirt for those who raise $200 or more.
The walkathon starts at 10 a.m., with participant registration beginning at 9 a.m. Sign-up is at the participating churches, the Heartline office or online.
“This is our second season hosting this walkathon and every year we continue to have increased participation,” said Angie Wood, Heartline executive director.
“With the help of the local community, the funds raised allow Heartline to continue meeting the needs of women and babies in our county experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.”
