Hall & Marose Agency Inc. and Silveus Insurance Partners LLC announced a joint venture today. Representatives of the new Hall Marose Silveus LLC say the merger will provide Indiana communities with auto, home and personal insurance, business insurance, and life, health and benefits insurance. The new agency will be located at 1021 Mariners Drive, Warsaw, which is Silveus’ location currently. The principals of both firms will remain with the new organization. Terms of the joint venture were not disclosed. In a joint statement, Hall & Marose President Mike Hall and Silveus President Craig Snow said that they are extremely proud of the fact that they will continue to be locally owned and driven by local needs. The joint venture only involves Silveus Insurance Partners LLC and does not involve Silveus Insurance Group Inc., the national crop insurance agency, which will continue serving its customers across the country as it has for decades.
