Grossnickle Family, Eye Center To He Honored at 2012 Spine Award Dinner

State Representative Rebecca Kubacki announced the Grossnickle family and Grossnickle Eye Center will be honored with the 2012 Spine Award.
This year’s Spine Award Dinner will be Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. at Noa Noa Wood Grill & Sushi Bar, 310 Eastlake Drive, Warsaw.
Dr. Dane Miller and Jean Northenor are co-chairs for the Spine Award dinner.
The event is a political fundraiser for Kubacki, who started the award to honor those in the Republican party who have backbone.
In the past two years, Governor Mitch Daniels and Congressman Mike Pence were honored.
Currently, Grossnickle Eye Center does about 5,000 eye surgeries and sees about 50,000 patients a year. What began with six employees now has grown to 100.
