Jeff Grose announced he is seeking re-election to the district one city council seat. The primary is in May, and the general election is in November. He said serving in this community as a councilman has been a privilege and a very rewarding experience. “While serving on the Warsaw Common Council, I have learned so much about the local policymaking process, and I firmly believe this experience will help me represent my constituents even better in the future,” Grose said. “During these difficult economic times, I have learned to appreciate and understand the important role local government plays in protecting and promoting our quality of life.” He said on a personal level, he is raising his family in the same neighborhood he grew up in as a child. “I have been given so much guidance and support in my life from others in our community and it is now a pleasure giving back what I have received as a husband, father, public school teacher, church member and civic leader. I want to thank the citizens of district one who have trusted me to be their representative in previous elections. If nominated and then re-elected this November, I look forward to serving all of the citizens of district one for another term.”
