Greek's Pizzeria Set To Open Warsaw Location

Posted
Greek's Pizzeria is scheduled to open in mid September.

The pizzeria will be at 101 E. Center St., Warsaw.

Building Commissioner Todd Slabaugh said the building was previously occupied by Printing Plus and has been vacant for the past year.

Friends Brandon Rowan and Nick LaMaster, who have been employed at Pizza Forum, Fort Wayne, decided to open Greek's Pizzeria in Warsaw. They will serve as owners of the pizzeria.

It is the friends first venture for opening a restaurant and they purchased the building in July.

Greek's Pizzeria was founded in 1969 in Muncie on the Ball State Campus.

The friends have replaced the awnings outside the business, and have installed a kitchen in the building and purchased tables and chairs.

Plans are to offer outdoor and indoor seating.

Greek's Pizzeria will feature specialty pizza, pasta, salad and breadsticks. Plans also are to offer beer and wine after a license is obtained.

The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, but business hours have not yet been set.

There will be dine-in, carry-out and free delivery.

The pizzeria plans to hire five to six employees including a wait staff and delivery drivers and interviews are planned to be conducted in the next two weeks.

For questions about the restaurant or to obtain employment applications call Rowan at 260-452-5110.
