LEESBURG - For those who are on the lookout for antiques and collectibles among other things, there will be a new place to shop starting Monday.
Alley Cats, across the Main Street in Leesburg from Stacey's, is set to open.
Formerly the old Lesco building, Alley Cats will feature a variety of items that includes glassware, renovated items, primitives and even handmade goats milk soap.
The building is about 9,000 square feet and features a variety of vendors offering different and unique items.
Carol Besson, Leesburg, will run the family-owned business.
Besson said that she received lots of help from friends and family to help renovate the building.
Besson also said Alley Cats will have its grand opening Dec. 4 and 5.
During the grand opening there will be drawings, specials and refreshments for those who stop by.
Alley Cats will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 1 to 4 p.m. on Sundays.Besson said the business is currently working on developing a Web site.
