Goshen Man Arrested in Ohio on Warrant for Dealing Meth

A Goshen man was arrested in Ohio Monday on an outstanding warrant for dealing methamphetamine to undercover Kosciusko County drug police.

James Charles Walsh, 33, was picked up by police in Lisbon, Ohio - nearly five months after authorities alleged he sold a 1/2 gram of finished methamphetamine and five Xanax to a plainclothes Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officer in Milford, the sheriff’s department said.

After the sale, the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office filed a warrant for Walsh’s arrest.

After his arrest in Lisbon, Ohio, Monday, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies transferred Walsh back to Indiana to face the charges.

He is being held in Kosciusko County Jail on a charge of felony dealing methamphetamine. Walsh was fixed a $50,000 bond.
