PIERCETON – The committee for the free community dinner in Pierceton announced this is the 13th anniversary of serving this meal to the people of Pierceton and the surrounding area.
They will continue to have a drive-through format. The date is July 16 starting at 5 p.m. at the Catholic Hall in Pierceton.
Hamburgers (grilled), baked beans, slaw, fruit and cookies will be the menu for this picnic month.
As expenses go up, they do accept donations, but this is a free meal.
