July 4 - Chapman Lake Conservation Association fireworks at dusk on the west side of Big Chapman Lake. A pancake breakfast will be July 5 from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Chapman Lake Conservation Club, 325 E. CR 200N. A flotilla boat will be on Little Chapman and Big Chapman lakes July 5 at 1 p.m.
July 4 - 113th Army Band, Patriotic concert, Glover Pavilion, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Winona Lake
July 4 - Parade registration and lineup begins at 11:15 a.m. and parade begins at noon. Parade theme is "Family Picnics" with parade awards at 12:15 p.m. at center stage in Winona Lake Park. Blow-up activities available from 1-5 p.m.; Cutie contest for ages 4-6 with registration from 1-2 p.m., private interviews from 1:30-3:30 p.m. and cutie awards at 4 p.m. Car show registration is from 1-3 p.m. with awards at 4:15 p.m. Live band "Brother" will play music at the main stage from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. and fireworks will begin over Winona Lake at dusk. Food vendors, crafts and games will be available.
July 4 - MasterWorks Festival Orchestra Patriotic Pops Concert, 7:30 p.m., Hillside Amphitheater.
July 5 - Firecracker 5K at Winona Lake Park, 8 a.m.
North Manchester
July 4 - Music will be performed by the Manchester Civic Band at 8:30 p.m.; patriotic readings at 9 p.m. and fireworks at 10 p.m. on the Manchester College athletic fields. In case of rain, the events will be scheduled Saturday night, same times and places.
Leesburg
July 4 - Tippy Lake Association fireworks over Tippecanoe Lake at dusk.
North Webster
July 5 - Fireworks over Webster Lake at dusk can be viewed at the town park. Rain date is July 12.
