Former Village At Winona Director Sued By Dr. Dane Miller

The Times-Union learned this afternoon that a lawsuit has been filed in Kosciusko County pitting one of Biomet's founders against the former director of the Village At Winona. Dr. Dane Miller confirmed this afternoon his lawsuit against Brent Wilcoxson, but could not give any details concerning it. He has retained the legal counsel of local attorney Mike Reed as well as Jack Bennett from Paft Law Firm in Indianapolis. Miller said he expected amendments to the lawsuit this week, but couldn't elaborate any further. The Times-Union is continuing to work on this story and will have more information as it is available.
