Flooding Closes Roads, Manchester Residents Evacuated

For the second time in less than a month, Kosciusko County is dealing with flood conditions during the middle of winter.
Starting Tuesday, roads and low-lying areas of the county have experienced flooding.
The following county roads are closed or experiencing high water.
