Warsaw Community Development Corporation will again have its “Fire & Ice” Festival for the Feb. 7 Warsaw First Friday. A group of Michiana ice carvers will be in Warsaw to demonstrate their craft and educate the public about the art of ice carving. Companies and organizations can sponsor an ice block carved to their specifications. Options for 300-pound or 600-pound blocks are available. To sponsor an ice carving, people can download the form at warsawcdc.org in the events section and return it to the Warsaw Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, 313 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. There will not be a First Friday in January due to the holidays.
