An early Sunday morning fire is believed to have started from a ceiling fan.
Firefighters were called to a blaze at 428 W. Center St. in Warsaw at 12:28 a.m. Sunday.
The house, which has four apartments in it, sustained $75,000 in damages and there was $50,000 worth of content damage.
Firefighters were quickly able to extinguish the blaze, and all of the occupants of the building were outside when crews arrived.
Crews were at the fire until 4 a.m., removing ceiling and cellulose insulation.
The origin of the fire, according to a Warsaw Fire Department report, was a ceiling vent in one of the apartment's bathrooms.
Four families were displaced as a result of the fire.
WFD was assisted by the Winona Lake Fire Department, Leesburg Fire Department, Multi-Township EMS and the American Red Cross.
