The Warsaw Elks Lodge 802, represented by Roger Hughes, Golf Scramble chairperson, recently contributed a $1,500 check to the Jimmy Baker Memorial Diabetes Fund at the Kosciusko County Community Foundation from proceeds of the 5th Annual Jimmy Baker Memorial Golf Scramble.
"The event at Rozella Ford Golf Course is a tribute to Jimmy Baker, who did so much for our Elks Lodge. We look forward to the event next year,” said Hughes.
The fund helps needy individuals with assistance for their treatment of diabetes.
