Elkhart Man Held After Allegedly Selling Meth In Kosciusko County

An Elkhart County man is in jail after he allegedly sold meth to undercover cops.
Danny J. Garman, 45, Elkhart, was booked at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday in the Kosciusko County Jail and faces charges of dealing methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed Oct. 18 in Kosciusko Circuit Court, Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) 43 officers arranged to purchase methamphetamine from Garman on Sept. 25 in Kosciusko County. A confidential informant using NET 43 money purchased 68 grams of meth from Garman, court papers state. The drug deal was recorded on video surveillance.
